Kindle Amazon E-books Reader. Kindle is a software and hardware that was developed to store and display the Amazon e-books. Kinlde first released only in the United States in November 2007. Kindle launched a large scale in 2009. Kindle hardware devices use E Ink electronic paper display that has 16 levels of gray. The first Kindle can download content over Amazon Whispernet using the Sprint EVDO network in the United States. Kindle 2 devices using the AT & T and additional charges for international access.
